Please keep in mind that these Terms and conditions are designed to provide sustainability for all our teachers wages as well as the cost and upkeep of ODM Academy. Thank you for your understanding.

All lessons are to be paid up front by subscription via our website on the 1st of each month. Please use this link – Sign Up to Music Lessons – Oliver Docksey Music (odmhq.co.uk) Late payment of 5 working days or more will incur a £20 late payment fee.

As you are aware, lesson prices are £15 for half an hour and £30 for an hour lesson. All prices are inclusive of VAT. If you receive a half an hour lesson, your will be £60 a month. If you receive hourly lessons your monthly subscription will be £120 a month. This is based on 48 weeks tuition throughout the year and includes two, one week holidays. One over Easter half term and one the 1st week in August as well as a two week holiday during the Christmas period. You will be made aware of these exact holiday dates in advance.

Cancellation policy – All lessons must be paid for to maintain your slot, any absences will still be charged. You are paying for a set time slot which must be attended on a weekly basis. If cover is provided by ODM and you choose not to attend, this lesson will be lost.

Holidays – In the event of a lesson being canceled due to a holiday, we require a minimum of 1 month’s calendar notice. Lessons will be charged at full price if this notice is not received. Holidays for more than 2 consecutive weeks will be subject to a 50% holding fee.

Discontinuation – Should you wish to discontinue lessons, a 4 lesson, paid notice must be given, regardless of attendance.
