How long do lessons last?
We offer two lesson options. A half an hour lesson and an hour lesson.
How often do I need to attend lessons?
We ask all students to attend their chosen lesson slot at the same time each week for 48 weeks throughout the year, including bank holidays. Our Academy closes over Easter for one week, the first week of August for one week and two weeks over the Christmas break. You will be notified of these exact holiday dates in advance.
How much is my monthly amount?
If you receive a half an hour lesson your monthly payment is £60. If you receive an hour lesson your monthly payment is £120. These are to be paid on the 1st of the month.
Where are you located?
We are located at the bottom of Hill Street in Stoke, ST4 1NL, in between Hill Street chip shop and the Coral.
Do I need to bring anything to my lesson?
If you have your own Guitar, Bass Guitar, Drum sticks, Saxophone, Clarinet or Ukulele you are more than welcome to bring it with you during your lessons along with any literature or reading material. However, all of our studio’s are equipped with everything you need for your lesson and instruments are available to borrow whilst you learn.
How much notice do I need to give when cancelling lessons?
As per our terms and conditions, we require a minimum of one month’s notice for all cancellations. Any cancellation inside this notice period will be charged at the full rate.
Do I still need to pay if I’m absent from my lesson?
Yes, all lessons must be paid for to maintain your slot and ensure our teachers wages.
How do I book me or my child in for an exam?
Please visit your chosen exam boards website and follow the instructions for booking. If you’re taking a Rockschool exam, please visit our Rockschool page to find out more. If you’re booking an ABRSM exam, please visit their website – ABRSM: Homepage.

We provide lessons for 36 weeks throughout the school year on a weekly basis, in blocks of 6 weeks during each half term.
How much do lessons cost?
Lesson prices are dependent on the lesson option you’ve chosen and are to be paid via a monthly subscription on the 1st of each month. Please see below for the price of each lesson option:
20 min group – £21 P/M
30 min group – £28.50 P/M
15 minute individual – £29.25 P/M
20 minute individual – £36 P/M
30 minute individual – £49.50 P/M
