ODM Academy Terms & Conditions 

Thank you for choosing ODM Academy for your music tuition. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully, as they ensure fair wages for our teachers and the continued upkeep of ODM Academy.

Payment

Lessons must be paid monthly in advance via subscription on our website, due on the 1st of each month. Sign Up Here Sign Up to Academy Lessons – Oliver Docksey Music  Late payments (5+ working days overdue) will incur a £20 late fee, unless otherwise agreed with ODM.

Lesson prices: £15 per 30-minute lesson / £30 per hour (inclusive of VAT). Monthly subscription rates:

• £60 per month for 30-minute lessons / £120 per month for 1-hour lessons.

Fees cover 48 weeks of tuition per year, with scheduled breaks, that you’ve NOT been charged for:

• 1 week at Easter (always covering Good Friday, Easter Sunday, and Easter Monday)
• 1 week in August (first full week)
• 2 weeks at Christmas ( exact dates will be provided in advance).

Cancellations & Holidays

Lesson fees secure your time slot; absences are still chargeable. If a cover teacher is provided and you choose not to attend, the lesson is forfeited.

For planned absences, 1 month’s written notice is required. Without notice, the full lesson fee will be charged. Holidays or cancellations  exceeding 2 consecutive weeks will incur a 50% holding fee to secure your lesson slot.

Discontinuation of Lessons

4 paid lessons’ notice is required to discontinue tuition, regardless of attendance or cancellations. Written notice must be provided via email to office@odmhq.co.uk.
