Freddie has been putting in fantastic work over the past few months, and it’s really paid off with an incredible 95% in his Grade 3 @rslawards RSL Drum exam, a brilliant achievement! 🥁🔥

He’s also been taking on a variety of technical Latin grooves since his huge exam result with real focus and determination, always pushing himself to improve. On top of that, he loves getting stuck into his set list, jamming along to different tracks and embracing every challenge that comes his way 🎶

Freddie is a great example of what consistent effort, a positive attitude, and a love for music can achieve, a very well deserved winner 🙌🏻

Over the past 6 weeks, it’s been an absolute pleasure having Kev with us at ODM as part of his Army resettlement journey, and he’s set the standard from the moment he walked through the door.

Kev has brought a level of discipline, reliability, and genuine care that you simply can’t teach. He’s thrown himself into everything, supporting lessons, working with students, and getting fully involved in the day-to-day life of the Academy, always with the right attitude and a willingness to learn.

What’s stood out most is how naturally he’s connected with our students. Calm, encouraging, and consistent, exactly what young learners need. That doesn’t happen by accident. 😎🙌🏻
